Sand and Sea Festival Huskisson

If you love the beach, you’ll love the Sand & Sea Festival. Celebrating everything sun, sand and surf related, the events are designed to attract all ages and abilities.

Family Fun in Huskisson

Even if you’re a beginner, there are many events you can participate in. However, if you’re not taking part in the competitive events, there’s still plenty of fun to be had. Grab a spot on the beach and watch all the excitement of the beach netball and beach water polo, join in the sandcastle competition catch one of the free sunrise yoga classes.

There’s also the sunset party at Club Husky on Saturday night, where you can catch up with fellow competitors, grab some drinks and a meal and enjoy the live band.

King and Queen of the Bay

Think you’ve got what it takes to become King or Queen of the Bay? To be in the running for the ultimate prize, you will need to compete in the 3 premier SUP events:

  • Downward 14km
  • Husky Hop 10km
  • Battle of the Paddle

Scores will be combined and 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awarded for both male and female categories.
