Cruises: No cancellation fee – outside 24 hours. Within 24 hours 100%
Catering: 100% Cancellation fee within 7 days
No Show: No refund.
Late: Your cruise can be scheduled to another day or time
- PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any personal expenses incurred by clients as a result of any delay or alterations of any tour due to reasons listed above are the responsibility of the client.
Jervis Bay Wild will not accept any responsibility for any injury or loss of any type arising in any manner as a result of negligence or otherwise, for any product or operator not operated by Jervis Bay Wild.
Jervis Bay Wild strongly recommends that all travelers arrange adequate travel insurance to protect against sickness/accident, loss of luggage and any costs incurred, including cancellation charges.
Jervis Bay Wild offers experiences, provided by third party operators but takes no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising in any manner as the result of negligence from a third party operator.
By way of government and company regulations, smoking is prohibited on our Vessels.
Jervis Bay Wild is committed to protecting the privacy of travelers and all personal information provided to the Jervis Bay Wild Office is collected in accordance with applicable Privacy Legislations. Information collected is used solely for the purpose of processing your booking and is not disclosed, stored, transferred, rented or sold to third parties. The type of information collected about travellers includes name, address, phone number and email address. We will not collect sensitive information about any traveller without their consent.
